Food Garnishing - Parmesan Tuiles
Chef Jason Hill of http://www.cookingsessions.com shares his recipe for Parmesan Tuiles, one of his favorite recipes for food garnishing, whether you top it on a steak, or serve it alongside your best pasta recipe.
This Parmesan Tuile recipe is made from 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese to 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley (or your favorite herb). Simply mix them together and place them in a circular pattern or inside a ring mold on parchment paper (or a lightly greased sheet pan). Bake for 12 minutes at about 350 F.
Enjoy as a food garnish on your favorite food. Thanks for tubing in!
